The Baby Food Diet

Today I learned from Jezebel and Elastic Waist that Reese Witherspoon diets by eating baby food. My reaction, of course, was along the lines of what the hell!?!?!?
I looked into this a little further and found the text of an article in Marie Claire about this “phenomenon.”
