A Perfect Storm Of Evil

April 17th, 2008

Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian (I am really sad that I know who either of these people is) and The Evil (hint: a food), all together in one news tidbit. Apparently, on a Vegas radio show, Paris said of Kim:

“I would not want [Kim's butt] — it’s gross! It reminds me of [the evil] inside a big trash bag.”

Paris apparently apologized for this, and Kim accepted the apology, saying:

“Paris and I have been friends since we were kids, and it was good to hear her side of the story and have her apologize. I love my curves!”

No doubt you can see the issues here. Paris is evil for making such an uncalled-for comment about the body of another woman, especially one who is supposedly her friend. And Kim is apparently such a fame[afvw] that she still considers Paris one of her BFFs, and refers to “her side of the story” as if there’s an acceptable side to that kind of remark! And on top of everything else, there is a mention of THE EVIL SUBSTANCE. Evil all around!

Wow. Really, with friends like that….

Still, I do enjoy an occassional side dish of Evil, sans the Kardashian butt.

What? I do like the Evil. Not every day, but sometimes.

It almost sounds like Kim was happy that Paris insulted her.
Fame really does go to people’s heads, dosen’t it?

Heh, I’m so glad I don’t have these kinds of issues with my friends. I’d like to hear Paris’s “side of the story”…it might be good for a laugh.

@Michelle: “Another feminist vocabulary word”. It’s explained in the previous post here. :)

oops, “alternative”, not “another”. My brain isn’t quite awake yet.

Has anyone seen Lewis Black’s new show, “Root of all Evil”? He paired Paris Hilton and Dick Cheney the other night. HA! It was pretty frickin’ hilarious. If you enjoy Black’s humor, check this show out – it’s worth it.

In this episode, Dick ended up being defined as the Root of all Evil, but I bet if The Evil that Paris compared Kim’s rear to had been in the running, it would have left them both in the dust.

Canned pear and a side of… Evil. BLECH!!!

I think they should both be taken out back and shot, along with Nicole ritche, Lindsay Lohan, and the rest of starlette America that doesn’t think rules/ manners / or common fucking sense apply to them. seriously.

That said, I think Kim has a bangin’ body and I love that she promotes, adores, and accepts her curves.

I just wish they’d all shut up. Or better yet, we’d all stop listening…

I don’t know, B Matthews, they left out one or two of Mr. Cheney’s more…colorful exploits. The words ‘quail hunting’ were never mentioned once.

Root of All Evil is pretty darn hilarious, though, and I’ve been enjoying the heck out of it. Lewis Black is teh awesome!

Cheney and Hilton; the Axis of Evil! Love it!

Paris IS evil. I think we’ve all known that for a while.

Is it awful that I find Lewis Black’s “Root of All Evil” to be a vulgar, misogynist show? The “porn” vs. “YouTube” session sealed it for me.

  13. mo pie, on April 18th, 2008 at 2:22 pm Said:

I also think Lewis Black is evil! At least I can’t stand listening to his voice. When he is on the Daily Show, my husband always says, “Oh, your favorite!” and then turns up the volume. BECAUSE HE IS ALSO EVIL.

  14. Avery, on April 19th, 2008 at 8:51 pm Said:

Geez.. Paris, tell us how you really feel about Kim’s butt…

  15. Anele (Angie), on April 20th, 2008 at 11:35 am Said:

Just because Kim can’t impale someone with the bones sticking out from her skin doesn’t mean she’s gross. Glad to see Paris is on the road to changing the world for the better just like she promised after her stint in the big house.

  16. Fatadelic, on April 22nd, 2008 at 9:49 am Said:

Interesting, isn’t it, that the worst Paris can think of saying about someone is a body slur?

  17. Liza, on April 27th, 2008 at 1:41 pm Said:

Root of All Evil is AWESOME. Though I wish there was more Lewis Black comedy and less of the other people. Or that he would rotate debaters. It’d be a god way to give new comics a platform to get their name out.

I’ve watched all the episodes and have yet to figure out where the misogyny is.

And vulgar doesn’t necessarily = bad. Some people find vulgar humor hilarious.

    Lewis Black is teh awesome.
