Best of December & January
Yes, I sort of skipped right over December, but there’s no time like the present to get caught up on the past two months, right? (Oh man, I can’t find a best of November, either. I guess you have to figure that one out yourself.)
In December, we had two conversations that sparked a lot of discussion: one on whether we ate fast food, and one about Queen Latifah’s Jenny Craig commercials—did she betray the fat sisterhood? We also talked about fat suits a lot, enough to spawn a fat suit category. We also talked about the correlation between being a fat woman and being underpaid. And some of us tried the new skinny drinks at the Bux.
January was of course very busy with the New York Times and the TV and more TV and the thing and the business, as anne would say. And I even accidentally wrote a manifesto. But believe it or not, I think the most discussion we’ve ever generated here has been when we asked the question: are you insecure about your height? Incredibly illuminating.
Oh, and even though she wrote it somewhere else, we loved Weetabix’s Biggest Loser post. And there were tapeworms. Dear mother of god, let’s not forget about the tapeworms.

thanks for the wrap up. I find your site to be a refreshingly different take on health as most others.
Oh man *laugh*. So many great quotable comments.
