We set a date…range! BFD-con will be happening sometime in spring or early summer, 2008. Here’s hoping that you will try to join us!
To vote on proposed events, please take a moment to take our survey. Let us know if you want to take a trip to Nordie’s, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, or just make out with all the hot people who will be showing up.
Any ideas, elaboration, or comments? See you in the comments!

It will not let me pick a section more than once. Like if I pick Extremely Important on one, it will unclick if I choose for another. Helps!
Yikes! I think it should work now; I unchecked the button that did that. Can you try again?
I also had both “Very Important” and “Extremely Important.” You wouldn’t know that I spent like half an hour making that thing! Anyway, it’s all fixed.
If this Con syncs up with my spring break next semester, I may try to work it into my plans.
sadly I will still be in korea then, but I will raise a glass of shitty korean beer to you.
I don’t ever comment, but I read all the time and I would so love to go. Anyone opposed to having a lurker who doesn’t do karaoke?!
OK, affordability and such are important.
Getting to meet all of you in person is important.
I hope I can pull this off.
Lurkers are welcome and karaoke will definitely not be mandatory. I hope you come, Heather!
Yay! Can’t wait.
Affordability is key, but I’m also local, so I don’t have to worry about lodging or parking really.
I would love to go, but I have very little idea at this stage what the chances are of making it… but if I do, affordability would probably be fairly important, since I’d be spending major money just getting there.
But it would be lovely to meet everybody…
One thing that is REALLY important to me, (I’m another lurker that would love to go, depending on $$$) is accessibility. Not that I expect every event (like a bus tour or something) to be accessible, but I do use a walker and wheelchair for distance (probably get a rental) and would need a handicapped access hotel room… stuff like that. Most touristy things nowadays are wheelchair accessible anyway, but stairs a real issue for me so it’s just something I’d look out for (i.e. meet n’ greets aren’t held on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator). :)
